I love how it goes from

Year 1: an apple

I can't figure out why, but I really like 2010 (man on horse).

My wife's family have never been that close and in particular my brother in law lives in a different country and rarely interacts with the family. This year we mentioned inktober to him and every day he has been sharing his images and chatting with the family much much more. I love the creative freedom and progress that comes with inktober but who knew that it would also help bring families together.

2012 and 2022, because both have those typical JP machines. And 2015, because Skyheart rocks, it feels very authentic, made with heart.

Banana Sioule is an amazing series, gotta buy issue 3 already too.

I have your 2017 print framed on my wall above my work station. Your comment: "I got three days into it this year before I started slipping behind on my freelance work. I had to bow out" is what usually happened to me when I wanted to do Inktober. So, I feel less guilty knowing it can even happen to you.

The dinosaur museum is really great and also the first one remind me of Blueberry by Jean Giraud

I have never been able to complete a single Inktober 😢 (I lose interest)

But the drawing you share, they look great! Love the evolution 😁

I've completed an Inktober just once. It's a great challenge. Thank you for your work, you're an inspiration. I love your style all of the years of Inktober, but there's something about year One, that feels really magical, I can tell you for sure, 2009 is my favorite.
